Terms

1. For regular customers we can arrange an account with monthly invoicing.
2. For one off or infrequent orders we will bring the invoice with your delivery and request payment by return. Cash or Cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card only.
3. The company (Emerald Catering) reserves the right to incur charges on late payment of 5% of the total amount which will be charged daily.
4. 1 week written notice or verbal notice of cancellation for parties of 10 or more.
5. Final numbers to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.
6. Notification must be given on any special dietary requirements (i.e. coeliac, vegetarian, vegan, dairy, etc)
7. Charges will be made on any broken or missing equipment.
8. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
